We are also thinking of the exhausted but tirelessly dedicated professionals who need tools to better manage their tasks, so that they can concentrate on what matters most: the human relationship.
For us, Familizz is much more than a technical project. It's a response to the profound needs of residents of EHPAD, IME, ITEP, SESSAD... and senior residences, as well as their families and care staff. It's a way of making the invisible visible, of measuring resident satisfaction not just for statistical purposes, but to truly hear their needs and expectations, and to ensure that every voice counts.
